Double That

So Part of my preparing is losing weight. They say that weight can affect fertility, and I do not want that to be an issue. So I've started going to the gym again and I thought I was doing a nice length work out about 40 mins, but last night I did some reading and it says that for me to lose a decent amount of weight I need to double my time at the gym! So goodbye relaxed evenings, Hello gym time. Hopefully they continue to play decent movies at Gold's.
